How can I pay for multible tickets that add up to about $7000 and are holding up my liscense in 2 diff. counties

What do you mean how can you pay? You have civil offenses...dont believe you can go thru a debt management program nor will they settle.
The courts collection will only let me pay if I give a good fait
The courts collection will only let me pay if I give a good faith payment of $800 and then $400 a month they will not accept anything less. If I pay less they charge me $100 fine. I can not give a lump payment, due to loss of license which cost me my job. Does debt management outside of the court help with dealing with these types of debts? Who

Dont think debt management deals with these type of debts. Courts are going to deal with lower payments or outsiders.
