Hello,

I would like to avoid bankruptcy...I did it once due to a divorce and never want to live through that again!

I am brand new to this form of debt elimination. I live in Canada and I would like to know if I can follow the same protocaol as the US?

As I cannot afford to pay in full on settlements can I make payments.....how do I begin?

Even if we aren't able to comment specifically on your situation because there may be differences...you can always come here to vent and get support.
