Sorry, I don't know if you got the info you need. At this time, most banks are requiring a 620 min score. If you qualify for a VA loan then it is possibly to do a loan. It all depends on why you have a 567 score.
I would recommend scrubbing your credit report to see if you can get it up to 620.
