HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have been dealing with this company for almost 3 yrs now, they stated that a loan was taken out, put into a savings acct...i have faxed over the letter from the bank stating there was no deposit ever made into this account. They have repeatedly called and emailed me...since this i have opened 3 other bank accounts and they have accessed all 3 and put me totalling over $3000 in debt cause i refuse to pay the overdrafts for bank accounts they dont have authorization for. Again recently that have tried contacting me, and ive faxed them the same letter showing it was never deposited. Does anyone know where i can take this up or go to. Im not getting anywhere except never being able to open a bank acct again thanks to them.

Have you disputed the charges with you bank? That would be the first step I would take. The bank would do an investigation and should take off the fees.
What company are you talking about? What state do you live in?
I would also contact your states division of banking. Because they didn't have permission for your accounts.
