Your account has been frozen due to a probable judgmenet against you. In fact it will remain frozen until and unless the debt is paid off. In addition, if your account has any sorts of exempt fund in it then you can appeal to the court to unfreeze the same.

So what about things like my direct deposit paycheck? There was more paperwork in my mailbox when i got home last night. Yes it is a judgement, supposedly they mailed me a payment schedule by regular mail ( which I didn't receive) so when I didn't make any payments they got a judgement against my bank account. The paperwork says that they are to get the all of the funds in my account in 15 days unless I file the exemption. My funds are not the exempt type so it appears that I don't have the avenue open to me. After they take the money do they still have control over any other money that gets put in there? The reason i ask this is that the paperwork specifically calls out the exact amount in my account right now and i can't see any fine print about future money in the account. i am trying to set up an appointment with a bankruptcy attorney for Monday. From my research it seems that if I file bankruptcy that it will remove the judgement from my bank account, is this true?
Yes bankruptcy filing can save you from judgment order.

Were you ever served and did you go to court on this debt? You can get a judgment vacated do to improper service which would free your account. If you were served and they judgment stands then they will scarf anything that hits that account until the debt is settled. If your paycheck is direct deposited into that account they you better get it changed today otherwise your funds will be locked up. I would advise getting a paper check until this issue is resolved. You can cash the paper check against a friends account or pay a fee and cash it at a store. Bankruptcy will eliminate the lock and the debt but unless the debt is large I would not recommend it.
