Does anyone know if debt consolidation/ debt settlements can handle creditor garnishments? The garnishments has not started, but will in two weeks. Help!

To be honest I just got the thing in the mail. In talking briefly with the law firm they have sent a few other notices, but I didn't get them. (We have an issue with mail theft in our neighborhood so it wouldn't surprise me.) I thought they would come certified mail or something. I don't even know what the court date was!

you could go to the courthouse and look into getting this vacated for improper service.you never were served it looks like.do not bring up the mail theft when you go.that's just my take.go to the courthouse and motion to vacate for improper service.
