Is Rent Back Home a better option?

There are companies offering Rent Back home during recession. A lot many agenciesies are available, including banks to rent back. The idea behind it is, when you are about to loose your home and has no options left, sell your house on rent beck term. You have the home physically with you but the owner will get changed. The agencies propose that they have buyers that will sell you the home back when you are ready with funds.
This way, there is no need to relocate, benefit on the deposit on account of no deposits to be gien to the home owner and even no need to tell all those bad days to your children. Is this possible that the buyer will be ready to sell your dream home back?

Neighbour of our looked into it.....I read over the contract and with the fees and everything else involved, it was a terrible deal. Plus the rent would have been higher than the mortgage...so what was the sense??
have you looked at mortgage modification??
