Is rapid cash management legal in indiana? I have paid them over 500 dollars for a 200 dollar loan...please help me!

yes, i think as silly as that sounds. I had applied for a loan over the internet and then they just called me. I verbally consinted for the loan over the phone, I did not electronically sign or anything and I can not find them on the internet. They are based out of the UK I think and now go by the name Kingston Financial. They called my bank and verified that it was my bank and the amount that is direct deposited every two weeks. They gave me a loan for 200 and every two weeks they deduct 89 dollars out of my account to extend the loan. I cant seem to get out of the loan... I have had the loan since november and have paid them 712 dollars total for a 200 dollar loan. I was thinking about putting a hold on my account but I am not sure that is a wise decision either. I just do not know what to do anymore.

Stay calm,

Rapid Cash Management is ILLEGAL and they are an overseas based PDL company. They owe you a refund geez. Unfortunatelly the only way to deal with these sorts of Illegal lenders is to first close your accout so they do not continue to take your money. Please read HERE to learn more information.

Close your bank account ASAP - and ask your bank what the time limit is for it to be truly closed (my bank had a 48 hour policy that if an auto debit/credit came through within 48 hours after I closed the account it would be re-opened by that transaction)

Make sure you send them (the lender) a certified C&D letter. and include in the C& D not to contact your employment, friends, family --anything to do with you, and to contact you by your email or USPS only

Dont let them intimidate you !
