If a person is going to give  DIY Debt Settlement a try, should you try to settle larger debts first, since those are the ones that could be sued for first? Or at least if  your sued for the big ones, they could do the most damage on your budget.

From what i am hearing on this forum and from my own personal experience, the smaller ones are usually the ones that are the biggest pain in the butt.?? I got sued by 1 creditor my last one also my lowest one. Honestly i would just start saving and talking saving and talking and who ever meets your terms first wins. The larger ones may settle easier than the smaller ones.?? its a guessing game.
Good luck and know that you will get through this if this is what you are considering.?? Read up on this site about settlement and how it works and some of the dirty tricks they will try to pull.?? Knowledge is power and if you know the facts, you will be prepared! Just keep in mind your on the right track to a better future!
