There is no need to worry about the call. If it is a CA calling you for the debt, they need to send you a DV notice within 5 days of initial communication (if the initial communication is over phone) in order to start the process of debt collection.

this is a scam.sounds like US NATIONAL BANK.they are in india and can do nothing.file FTC complaints.also file a police report for the harrassment.again,this is a scam and they can do nothing.do not return the call.it will result in a deluge of calls you don't want.

Alot of these CA's call and threaten but after a while you don't hear from them again. Then they just sell your account off to somebody else that will call and threaten you. Yes, I would file a FTC complaint and report it to your attorney general.
