i got a call to today from a person that i know that bank at the same bank i do they said that they had ach debits on thier account that was mine , i pay my bills online like my auto insurance and my auto payment , but not threw my bank online ezpay. well now they are going in the morning to serve a warrant against ,i plan on gong to the bank to find out what happened if i put my account number in wrong then they ned to take the fund from my account , but if the bank made the mistake they need to correct it ,can i go to jail tomorrow like they said , i am scared?

If they have not provided you with the ACH authorization, you cannot debit money from their account. So I think that it may be the fault of the bank and you cannot be put behind bars for the same. However, you should visit the bank and settle the issue.
