I was reading your site about pdl's. Do I understand correctly that if they are not licensed that i only owe the principle? I live in Florida.

Florida requires internet based pdl's to be licensed by your state. Just make sure that none of them are CSO's (Credit Service Organizations), in that case they would not follow the payday lender laws.
