You can try and see if they will work with you. If not you can always go the debt settlement route. If you decide to go that route you will have to take control of your bank account which means either closing it or doing stop payments on the checks and put a hard hold on your bank account to stop them from running check electronically. Once you have control of your money you will eventually have leverage to settle.

Yes, these are storefront stores. Each on was a $500 loan. I have been just paying the intrest on them , but now I cant do that. Even with the EPP, i am scared i wont be able to afford that. Now that my hours are cut, I can only do about 50 maybe 100 a month.
I know the worst they can do is take me to court and garnish my wages. Does anyone know what percent of your wages they take>? And if they do take you to court to garnish your wages, Does a police officer come to your home to serve you papers? Sorry for all the questions just really scared!!!!

Perhaps you could at least use the EPP with one of the lenders and simply make payments (as much as possible) monthly. I would contact someone at each lenders corporate office and explain your situation. Write a proposal letter to them and send it certified return receipt mail (keep a copy), also send a good faith payment with the letter. If they do decide to take you to court at least you will have something to prove you are making an effort to pay them back. If your income and outgoing bills won't allow you to pay very much monthly, no judge in a court of law is going to honor a wage garnishment if it will cause a hardship and you can prove that. Just be prepared in case it would come to that, but in the meantime try making payments, no matter how little they may be, at least the effort will show in a court of law and it would be in your best interest to do so.
