I am suppose to start paying Magnum Cash Advance $113.00 every two weeks starting tomorrow. They have me on a payment plan for 10 pay periods for the same amount. Now I asked to send in a money order but they say they can only accept Western Union or Money Gram. I know that this company is Illegal in a lot of aspects so should I go ahead and start paying them that amount...or risk not paying them and see what they do? I have been told that if I miss a payment it is going straight to a collection agency. I originally borrowed $896 dollars and have already paid back $371 dollars. Any advice would be much appreciated.

Thanks.

Well, due to the fact they aren't licensed to lend to your state residents there isn't much they can do to you, they certainly can't sue you in a court of law and most likely if they do send it to a collection agency it will most likely be some bogus company out to make a quick buck, therefore, the ball is really in your court, you should be calling the shots and if they want to be paid I would tell them, no address, no payments. I would simply tell them I will send what I can send when I can send it until the principal amount I borrowed is paid off, via money order through the USPS. Take it or leave it, it's up to you!

That would be me though. :)

Meanwhile, I am moving this to the payday loan help section so more people will see it.
