Well, due to the fact they aren't licensed to lend to your state residents there isn't much they can do to you, they certainly can't sue you in a court of law and most likely if they do send it to a collection agency it will most likely be some bogus company out to make a quick buck, therefore, the ball is really in your court, you should be calling the shots and if they want to be paid I would tell them, no address, no payments. I would simply tell them I will send what I can send when I can send it until the principal amount I borrowed is paid off, via money order through the USPS. Take it or leave it, it's up to you!
That would be me though. :)
