The Credit Card Solution/ Bob Lindsey sued by TX AG

The Texas AG sued TheCreditCardSolution aka Robert M Lindsey aka Bob Lindsey yesterday for many things including unfair and deceptive practices.

The Texas AG has frozen Robert M Lindseys bank accounts!

Bob Lindsey is a liar who misled many customers.......he had no national network of attorneys, he was charging enormous fees and didnt have the ability to service those customers.

Read the petition filed against him by the Texas Attorney General, Bob Lindsey aka Robert M lindsey was involved in another scam called "Child Support Collections of America" which was collecting child support moneys from in most cases fathers and then shaving 40% off of the collected funds before it was passed on to the mother.

Bob Lindsey was permanently enjoined by the TX AG from selling "business opportunities" just as he is doing now with "the Credit Card Solution" affiliate program. Bob Lindsey also declared Chapter 7 bankruptcy in 2002..........the dark side of bob Lindsey is pretty scary.

The Credit Card Solution has been enjoined until a November hearing. Until the November hearing "The Credit Card Solution" is to cease and desist all business activities including acceptance and or payment of funds by or to affiliate marketers, agents, on behalf of or to The Credit Card Solution aka Robert M. Lindsey.

In other words The Credit Card Solution is SHUT DOWN until the November hearing. Every TCCS website that remains active, every marketing affiliate who accepts payment for services to be rendered by the enjoined TCCS, every affiliate who markets on behalf of The Credit Card Solution is acting in contempt of the injunction action that was granted to the Texas Attorney Generals office by the District Court of Harris County Texas.
