need HELP

Hi,
Can someone give me some suggestions on my situations!
I owe total about $70000 in credit cards debit (3 AE, 2 CITI, 2 CHASE, 1st National ) still paying them all min mostly on time, few late, cant afford to pay them all now. Lost my job since early this year, living on unemployment check since June (1200 a month) min card payments 1400/month. Only CITI enrolled me with hardship program and lower my min payment, no one else bother! Dont see any job in near future that will help as much.
Here are the interesting parts, #1 about 2 yrs ago my father had added my name to the house he owns ( still have mortgage ) #2 last year I help my sister to co-sign for her new house! Basically I not making any payment on these properties!
My quetions is, can i have my name remove from both of these properties and file for bankruptcy later? how long of time frame i need to have after i remove myself out and then file bk so they cant come after the assets? Or should I go for settlements? Or any better ideas?

If you have no income and signed for two properties, you need to hire an attorney. Debt settlement will not work fo you unless you can afford to make monthly payments. Your best bet may be bankruptcy.
WATCH OUT - there is a time limit on taking your name off of ass
WATCH OUT - there is a time limit on taking your name off of assets - you might be ok with a Ch. 13 but not a Ch. 7 for sure.
