Debt Settlement Companies?

Hey there everybody,
I know this might seem a little bit off, but I had a question for everyone.
If I were wanting to put together a website where people could find a searchable list of Debt Settlement companies with reviews, complaints, ratings, and comparative statistics(admin fees, settlement percentages, TASC and BBB accreditation/complaints received)... What kind of information do people look for when they're looking for a company to settle their debt for them?
I began working for a company that does this kind of work, and I really like what they do for people... I'm just wondering what kind of options people have, where they can go to learn more, and what draws people to some companies rather than others.
I want to make this sort of information more readily available to the public, so they know that there ARE more options. I also want people to be able to bring a company's poor performance, customer service, and other issues to the attention of other potential clients so they can avoid being taken advantage of.

Good idea for a site. Most people want to know how much they can save, or write off first and how long before they can get out of debt. So I would add a few calculators to a site like that.
