ARM is trying to collect for instantcashusa.com. Prolem i don't which ARM to send my letter to, There is one in New jersey, and one in Forida....I faxed my original revoke letter, copy of letter from the Oregon Division Of Finance, and the Complaint number with the BBB. I got a recorded call today per normal asking that I call concerning a business Transaction I was conducting. the number dose not match either the Florida numbers or the New Jersey number. I verbally requested conformation on the debt on the phone, this women said i got it on the 13th bull there has been nothing sent to me.

what should be my next move, as I filed a complaint with the FTC, and the new Jersey consumer protection ageny, Should try send same items to the Florida agency they do have a website?

The next time they call, tell them you are waiting for their dunning letter. A third party collector is required to send it to you within 5 days of initial contact. The letter will have the contact information on it. They have already violated the FDCPA by not sending it in a timely manner. If they will not send something in writing, then I would not give them anything. You have thirty days from when they send the dunning letter to dispute the debt. That is when they need to validate.
