credit card debt in the middle east

I have about $ 12000 credit card debt in the middle east and i am currently struggling to pay off this debt. The debt collector is threatening me to fiile the case to court. My question is what would happen if it does go to court?Is there a way i can overcome this? I was looking for a loan to consolidate this debt however was rejected from several local banks.
