It went to court to garnish my wages, and I thought ok at least I can still somewhat get by. This was 2 months ago. Today after depositing everything, I found out my account was froze. Babies, all 3 went to bed with no milk, rent will bounce, no gas to go to work, is this legal to take every penny I have.

Hi..I'm sorry to hear about this. It is unusual for a creditor to both garnish your wages and seize your accounts..I'm assuming this is not a consumer debt?

You can go to your local courthouse to prove insolvency..If you can bring checkstubs and a w2 you may be able to prove that you can't afford this type of collection, and the judge can reduce it. Like FYI said, please research your state's laws in the meantime..Good luck to you.
