Hi

I need to know what I can do .. they called my work and told my co worker that I was going to be served tomorrow unless I contacted the law firm at 877 548-4064. When I called it was ADR Natiowide or whatever and I can't reach anyone .. now the call won't even go through. This Tom Hayden says he has documents to serve me and is threatening me with court etc .. and now he is calling my work .. I don't think this is legit but it's very difficult to explain to my employer .. can anyone tell me what I should do next? Besides Tom Hayden there is also someone name Gregory Scott and a Rebecca that keeps leaving threatening messages .. when I try and call back I get nowhere ..

I too received calls from them from the same number. They are the most illegitimate debt collector I have ever seen in my life. Do not any discuss financial matter to them over the phone. If they continue threatening you, file cases against them with your local police authorities.

My wife received a call from a Terry Burke from Nationwide...a recording on voicemail. Was nasty sounding and said there was a claim against her, and to call ASAP. She called and nobody answered from customer service. The call was from the same number.

What do we do?

Maybe you should practice paying your outstanding debts. In any case, whether they are right or wrong, you probally too out credit and didnt pay back so its your fault.

Am I wrong? Probably not!

If you worked half as hard at paying your sht off instead of complaining about it you would probably be Debt Free as your name says.

Cheers,

so i just dealt with nationwide adr. i spent half an hour on the phone with them working my way to someone that could verify that the company was legit. and they are, believe it or not. although i did have to have them stop giving sensitive information to me and family members. but, i did work out a debt with them and believe it or not it actually went through and i confirmed it all with the establishment i owed money too that this was a legit collection. it worked out quiet well.

but yeah paying off debts is always good.

please you are a shill and an idiot.either you think we are stupid,or you are.btw this is a SCAM that buys debt and threatens to collect so please stop wasting your time as this scam is not legit, and if did pay them then you are a fool, but i doubt it as again you are a humanoid shill.now back to the phones drone.
