Bankruptcy and afni still reporting it as a debt

Afni listed items on my credit report that i filed bankruptcy on..These items were listed years after i filed and listed as if they were new debt when in fact they couldn't have been..What can i do about this?
Dispute it with AFNI as a violation of the bankruptcy discharge.
