I paid the settlement amount but never recieved a letter of confirmation from the debt collector. I called to request one and they never sent it. I checked my account and the funds were educted from my account. what do i do?

Do you have the settlement agreement in writing? If so, the agreement plus your bank statement showing the paid amount as per the agreement should be sufficient.
