I was told that this firm has gone bankruptby one of their clients who came to me for advice. She did not keep copies of her records / dealings with them and had given them access to her bank account. Does anyone have information about this company related to their bankruptcy? Please advise.

Yes, I can give you a site to go to for updates on the BK case. You will need to hurry if your client hasn't filed a claim yet. I can't post links in here as it is a TOS violation but if you contact me through my profile at my website or email I will send you a link to the site that you need to review for your client. Then you will be able to tell her what she needs to do, however, don't get her hopes up for getting much money back. It doesn't hurt to fill out the claim forms though if there is still time.
