Has anyone dealt with this company for debt settlement?

Thanks HOF, I have about 30,000 in debt and that includes about 3000 in payday loans. They want 343.00 today to start the program and that same amount going forward monthly. I can't find anything about them on-line but did check out the BBB, their website and phone numbers. The guy I spoke with answered all of my questions and was really helpful. Can't find ANYTHING else on them but they are the only company that will also help me with my PDLs in addition to my CCs. I live in KS and just want to make sure I choose the right company. Afraid of being scammed again!!!

This is the most unprofessional, disgusting group of people I have ever dealt with. They will kill you with kindness to get you in the door, and the second you question any of their deceitful wrong doings (like double billing you - stealing from you basically), they become evil and start using bad language, hanging up on you, etc. A real class act. DO NOT HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH ALLIED CONSUMER SERVICES. This is not a legitimate, honest group.Quote:

They are scammers. We trusted them, and got sued by a company. When I called them and asked, they said they warned me about that, and told me to file bankruptcy. I was then told I would not receive a refund of the 5 months of payments I had made. I am fighting that right now....DON'T GO THROUGH THEM!!!

I agree do not deal with them they failed to deal with one of my creditors and my check got garnished they were supposed to redund the difference in payments but never did. I am six month into the program now andthey are claiming they need a copy of my credit report. I did email them numerous copies but they claim they have not reciceved them. They said if they don't have it by the 15th which is Sunday a no business day how convient I will be kicked out of the program. The lady called me today at work and proceeded to yell at me when I brought up this is not in the contract I signed and she says she doesn't believe I sent the emails luckily I saved proof in my sent folde. They have over a thousand dollars of a single mother of fours money(me) don't let them take advantage of you.

I am enrolled with Allied also, they have told me the same lies a few months back they said they called me and left me numerous messages and emails requesting info from me and since I didn't respond they cancelled my account. I told them they were lying because I have not heard from them in months, then Sumer Patterson yelled at me and told me that I wasn't her only customer and she wasn't going to pacifiy me. Anyhow fast forward now, they also wanted me to send my credit report in and sent me a link to the free annual credit report. I also told Sumer that no where in my contract did it state that I would ever have to supply them with a credit report and she said whats the big deal you are the only customer out of 150 that has an issue with this. Then Benjamin the guy who originally enrolled me is now "settling" my accounts, which he has failed to do so far. WARNING to anyone looking into this company....DO NOT USE ALLIED CONSUMER SERVICES! They are liars, I honestly think there is just one man and one woman running this business. Benjamin, Dax, and Robert all have the same distinctive voice and then you have Sumer she should get an A+ in customer service....NOT

I just finished my program with Allied Consumer Services. They settled all of my debt in 34 months instead of the 36 months I was quoted. They were always professional and helpful with me. Perhaps something you folks did made for an unpleasant experience???

These people are crooks. They claim never to receive emails and faxes. They have not paid unsettled debts that turn into garnishments, even when their own contract says they would reimburse the 15% fee of those amounts. They do not negotiate stopping of interst or fee charges and they do not contact any of your creditors except to stop the phone calls. I have even had them tell me that it might be best for me to file bankruptcy, when in their contract that would void the contract and you loose all that you have paid into them. I am planning to file a lawsuit and am looking for anyone who would like to join me in a class action suit. I have phone recordings to document the things that I am saying and creditor witnesses that will validate how this company does not communicate with the collectors. If interested email me personal info removed per ToS - Jason

I have been enrolled with Allied for 2 yrs now and of course they gladly took my service fee $$$ but now fail to do anything for me. They have "settled" one of my accounts, mind you it was more than the amount I owed when I joined Allied. Benjamin assured me it was because the balance owed was less than $500 and there was little room for negotiation. My next account he called and told me that he had settled (without consulting me) and again it was more than the amount of when I joined their program. I told him I didn't accept that "settlement" and he needed to do his job because this account was over $3000.That was two months ago and I haven't heard from them since. Since we are all being ripped off what can we do? Is there any hope to get our $$$ back? These people need to be held accountable for what they haven't done for any of us!
