Allied wont stop

Allied keep on and keeps on calling my house asking for my brother....I tell them that he does not live here and they continue to keep calling. They are very rude and very nosy. One guy had the nerve to tell me that I HAD TO give him my brothers phone number so they could call him otherwise they would not be able to stop calling my house. What can I do? Ive been polite, ive been rude, Ive done everything its like they dont care and there is nothing that I can do to stop them.

Send Allied a C&D letter in writing via CMRRR. That should take care of that. If they call again, even after you get confirmation that they received the letter, get a NACA attorney and sue them. A $1000 should make up for the harassment you have been facing.
