Hess and Kennedy Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I started with Hess and Kennedy last August and I paid my full amount. Now ameriloan is calling my job saying they they never got a call from HK about the situation. HK said that I can tell them to stop calling my job and tell them that it is against the law to call but they keep calling. I am so mad at HK. I cannot afford to pay twice. I asked Ameriloan why they can take my money and not HK and the just said that they are recording me and that they will not accept payment form them. Can i get a refund from HK? What is the best way to do this? I am staring to get that feeling like when I first got my self in all this trouble before. I just want to get over this but there is no light at the end. Please help with any suggestions. Thanks
