I have over 70k in cc debt with Amex, Chase, and BOA and can't pay them all. Amex is now with Nationwide, Chase is at 120 days, and BOA is about 150 days. I already gave up my home and can barely make my rent and car pymnt each month. I honestly don't see any way to avoid bankruptcy but I'm not sure I've exhausted all options yet. I have about 4,000 in savings left to live on (until I can get a better paying job) so I can't settle with everyone. Can anyone lend some advice? Thank you.

You can get help of a renowned debt settlement company to settle all these debts. All the mentioned companies, BOA, Chase and AMEX, are tough to settle. But you may expect anything between 25 to 35% reduction in debt through debt settlement program.

If I was in your situation then I would have filed bankruptcy instead of utilizing my savings.

you need to consider if there is any way that you can add to that savings or not. every little bit helps during the settlement process. Are you only paying your rent and car and having trouble? If this is the case bk may be your best option. Settlement is excellent if you can stop paying the cards and start saving, but if you cant do that it may not be a option.
