This company is horrible. They started me off at 4% interest rate than racked me up to 30+ percent. With out telling me. I am stuck with interest rate and cannot break this debt with them.

Can you tell when the last increase was done by Amex? Was it before or after the Credit Card Reform Act, 2010? If the increase was after the Credit Card Act, then did Amex give you a notice 45 days prior to the increase in interest rate?
