Since you are registered, and if you signed up for the free credit counseling, someone from your area will contact you. They will discuss your debt, income, etc., to come up with a plan for you, from which you are free to choose one or not. You can combine all your unsecured debt into one monthly payment in consolidation. Have you tried to talk to the crediotrs yet about lowering or dropping your interest so you can get caught up?
