How can I get the 2 credit card companies that I owe a total of $25,000.00 to, to come off of their 29.4% apr?

30%... What a rip off. You could tell them if they don't drop the rate you are transfering the balance to a different card. I would look into that anyway. If your credit is shot you could say if they don't drop the rate you will default. You could apply for hardship also.
