Arbitration Placed My Debt in a "Stay"

About 4 yrs. ago, my debt was sent to the Nat'l Arbitration Forum, who placed my debt in a "stay". Now Palisades debt collectors (a junk debt company) bought the debt from a the secondary purchaser of the debt, and is now pursuing me for payment. Does a NY firm have the right to overturn a stay, and if so, why was I not noticed by the Nat'l Arbitration Forum that the "stay" was ended?

first check with the arbitration forum to see if the stay is still in effect.if so look into your legal optiions.palasaides is a bottomfeeder that doesn't conduct themselves legaly.i would first find out about the stay.
