I have received notice of an arbitration for a debt that is supposedly owed to CACH. I have no idea the amount and I filed papers a year or more ago asking for more proof but nothing and now have received this notice of arbitration. I cannot find the attorney nor do I get any response from them nor any information on CACH, Inc.

Unless the collection agency is able to validate your debt, you are not liable to pay them. After consulting your attorney, you should send them another debt validation letter and ask them to validate your debt. If they can really validate your debt, then you can think of accepting the arbitration notice and working accordingly on it.
