Arbitration on an Old Credit Card

I have received notice of an arbitration for a debt that is supposedly owed to CACH. I have no idea the amount and I filed papers a year or more ago asking for more proof but nothing and now have received this notice of arbitration. I cannot find the attorney nor do I get any response from them nor any information on CACH, Inc.

After consulting your attorney, you should send them another debt validation letter and ask them to validate your debt. If they can really validate your debt, then you can think of accepting the arbitration notice and working accordingly on it.

Did you ask the CACH or a CA representing them for DV? Is it the same party? If not, and they have sent it now to an attorneys office, the previous DV does not apply. Sending another now wont do much.
