Below is a nice email I received this morning from these wankers!! Please bear in mind that I have given them my acct. info. on 2 different occasions so I could settle my acct. with them. To date, I have paid $632 on a $200 loan. I know because they are based in the UK and have a set up address here that it's impossible to threaten with them conducting business illegally. I have listened to the interview with the woman who was trying to fight them and read threads about people who have dealt with them. Believe me, if I had it to do over, I wouldn't have taken out the loan or any pdl at all. It is not my fault that they aren't proficient enough with the English language to get my account details correctly. I don't want to even provide that again. I just want to send a money order and be done with it. Actually, I shouldn't have to pay them another red cent, but you know how that goes.

Okay, I'm done venting now.....here's the email for your viewing pleasure.

You know what, Tif? They are WANKERS! I had a loan with them too once upon a time, after they once called me at 11:30 at night, I called right back and left a really nasty message!
They're "manager" called me the next day and wanted to make payment arrangements.
I wheeled and dealed with them alittle, they told me I owed them $343, I told him when I talked with his employee, he told me I only owed $200 and my account would be closed. This guy said, "well, if that's what he told you then that's what it is..." I sent the money the next day via money order and never heard from them again!

If possible, don't deal with Interim Cash in the future. They are the worst of all. They claim to be a paperless company so that they don't have to put the contract in writing and can charge illegal interests. What the heck makes them send such emails asking for payments?? Isn't this email in writing and if so, they go against their own policies to be paperless.

The message to convey to this company is that the contract must be put in writing to each customer specifying all interest charges. This is to be in the safe side from both ends knowing how much to pay on a loan after the due dates.
