i recived a letter from Astra Business Services Pvt. Ltd on behalf of Asset Acceptance. but i can't find the adress this is from in conection to this company. is this a valid letter?

I don't think it is a valid letter. The address of the company should have been mentioned in the letter. However, you can order your credit report and find out whether you really owe any money to the company.
