You may have authority on this site with your cyber-bullying remarks and then locking the threads but state and federal law over-rides your mod controls! For those who claim to be know-it-alls, maybe better get familiar with laws below!

I don't see anywhere that anyone is coerced, intimidated, harassed, or caused substantial emotional distress. Unless being corrected causes substantial emotional distress? Is that it?
I also don't see any severe, repeated and hostile behavior. Well, actually I do. Against ME!
