Bahamas Marketing

I received a call from a ABS Services saying I owed Bahamas Marketing money from a payday loan I took out in 7/2010. I have never gotten any loans from Bahamas Marketing and this ABS won't tell me who I can call to find out who this loan was from (if in fact it is real). ABS is threatening me with 2 felony charges for Internet Fraud and Worthless Check. The want $1479.60 for a $300 dollar payday loan that I can even confirm I received. I am getting nervous. I don't want to get arressted. Can you get arrested for owing a company $300 and can they now collect $1479.60 on that loan? I also am thinking this is a scam but I am not able to find out if it is or not.
complete scam
bahamas marketing is an illegal lender anyway that doesn't take a check to secure their illegal loan so this place that threatened is a complete scam.first use any info like phone number, and name to file police reports as they just broke the law in threatening arrest.debts are civil matters, not criminal ones.then use same info to file AG,AND FTC complaints against both bahamas mktg, and this bottomfeeding scam.then ignore them.do not talk to them further.again a total scam.you will not be arrested.do not worry about that, and don't even think about paying this piece of dirt that called you.
