Balance due on account

I'm trying to buy a new house,and because this collection shows up on my credit, I'm having a hard time. I am still sending you money every month which you deduct from my checking account. I need a letter from you stating what my balance was, and what it is now, and that I have been faithful in paying you.

FYI....no CA is going to send you that letter. You balance as with any collection account is due in full and there is no way they are going to assist you in making another purchase without paying them off first.
