We have this 24 month payment agreement ,In December of 2009 for a said amount, for actually $60.00 each month,by Elizabeth Johnson. However we started getting these frequent calls by some different people,Merial,ChrisMathew, demanding we ,was set just for 12 months and that November was the end of the first year. But any basic first grade addition could have seen that from December to December is 12 months.
So these above service people refused to take the payment from my bank account as is was established. Then we were just as demanding that we speak with Elizabeth Johnson since she was the person we whad worked with all year and was the person that set the payment plan up.The only reason why we are requesting her is,she has ALWAYS been professional, kind ,friendly ,those assets are not available for those above mentionde service persons.
Their demands took 30-54 minutes waiting time ,excused that they were trying to find our person that she was not in ,on vacation ,or the girl stated she had never heard of any E/J and her name is not on the employees list.So each contact finally got so gross and rude we had a difficult time getting them to stop their rude demands that the would take care of the account for E/J .So we nicely ask each of them to ask E/J to call us back when she arrived, that was back Nov.-6-2010 and no calls have been returned by anyone. So we learned to use the three(3) calls daily until we contact E/J.We also used her direct extension to absolutely no avail.
"INCLUSIVE"
We can by law ,claim the debit paid in full ,if as a matter of fact ,our direct payment is refused .Or for that fact ,when any payment is refused ,the account is judges, as paid in full.So therefore before we close the payment ,from our account ,these issues need to be resolved in a professional manner,by E/J .Therefore if this payment has not been withdrawn ,by the end of this month, or by end of November 2010.The lawful act will occure,in our accounts and our behalf. Thanks for your -E/J response,we should not have been depressed ,over the holidays because of your service workers default. Thanks for your resolve and contact with E/J.,My reference # 1384-2141.
