bank of america called me on my $50,000 business line

Bank of America just called me. They blocked their id, and called my cell phone! I am 5 days late on a business account.
When the woman called, I pretended to be my assistant and take a message. The person on the other end of the phone, refused to leave her last name, or any direct information.
I explained to her, and this is true, (as the assistant) that we need to validate each and every person that calls, since our firm has the same name of two other firm that went out of business and we get their collection calls. So I said, that the owner is requiring
1) first and last name
2) business name
3) business address
4) direct phone number
5) and department name.
The woman was difficult at first, but then, she understood, and gave us all that information. I told her that I understood that while she could not give out her name, while we needed to only speak to people who we could validate.
I want to settle with Bank of America, but because they refuse to give out their names, or anything, how in the world are we supposed to reach an agreement?
My experience with Bank of America, is a horrible one. The reps lie, and they do all kinds of shady things. I want to settle with them, but I only want to correspond in writing, so they can do their infamous bait and switch.
I am thinking that we will probably go to court and settle then.. I dont know.

Talked to the rep. She said to keep them posted on my situation. I told her how because Bank of America froze my lines, I would not be able to make any payments until our business hit business season, which is the April May June..
She said she could not hold the account that long.. I told her how I understood, and how in the past this was not issue. Usually, we hire staff this quarter, and then make money 2nd quarter of the next year. But this year, we paid off our lines, and then Bank of America froze them and took them away, so now , we can only pay our bills with cash, as the cash comes in, which I have no idea when the cash will come in, but that I could bank on April of next year.
Again, she said just to call and keep them posted.
I am only five days late.. Wow.. They are being aggressive. I guess they are going to sue me if they do not get their money. I am hoping that come February, I will be able to negotiate something then, or have the account charged off, and take my chances with a CA suing me.
