I have been reading several past posts about this company....They sound like a real BAD company to deal with. I DO have a loan with them for 150.00. I have paid the 59.00 fee for months now. Can anyone tell me what I need to do to let them know that I do believe I have paid MORE then enough of the origial loan and would like to see if they will let me send in a Money Order. I was told when I got the loan that this call was recorded. Can they use that against me? Tuesday they are going to take out 59.00 fee. I dont have the extra money to do that. Any suggestions?

I agree with you all...When I called them I got a man that you could hardly understand. He did not speak english. I do not want to be intimated by these sharks but I need to know what to do. PLEASE HELP!

Thanks so much.....

You can put a block on this company from debiting your account and you could also close that account and open a new one if that is possible. These ipdls go by many different names and will try to hit your account under a different name or present a paper check. But this company operates out of the UK. You should file a complaint with your AG's office in your state. If the original loan was for $150 and you have been paying on it for months, chances are likely that you have already paid back the principal and legal interest rate that your state allows and you can demand they mark your account paid in full. But be prepared with this company, they will threaten you with charges of internet fraud, bank fraud, and arrest. But rest assured, those are only empty threats and are false. They do have offices here in the states, if you should still owe on the principal and they want paid, demand a physical address to send a money order, and let them know that is the only way they are going to get payment on the account. But if you do not have the funds, definately put a block on them while you work out the rest.

Jo - you might want to tell your bank to block your account from all ACH's for a while - this company has other DBA names ("doing business as" names) that they will attempt to debit your account under. Either that, or close your account and open another at your bank. If you sit down with your bank manager and explain the situation, they should be able to do that for you.

There will be a fee for blocking the company. It is usually the cost they charge for NSF fee, maybe not for all but at least it's that way for my bank. They will call and harass you, just understand they can not follow through on any of the threats they say to you. Hang up if they become too abusive, which they just might. Or laugh at them and let them know you have already checked with your local police department and they said that the company is telling lies. And let them know you are filing a complaint with your Attorney General's Office against them. Don't give them any new banking info.

Suebee's info is spot on--as not only will they try and debit under different names, they will also try and take different amounts in order to get paid. This is a common trick, so a total block is warranted. You might also want to see if you can put a fraud alert on your account, if your bank has this service, meaning that they do no debits at all until they call you first.
