Is my son responsible for a debt from when he was a minor child? How does BMG Music enter into a contract with a minor?
Did he set aside the contract or notify him that he was doing so
Did he set aside the contract or notify him that he was doing so when he turned 18? Or was all the purchasing done as a minor?
Minors can enter into a contract...however they are not enforceable if they repudiate or set aside the contract when they reach the age of majority.
