BOA, did they pull a fast one?

I have 2 accounts with BOA 1 for 30k and 1 for 5k.
Both are behind and after being late for 5 months I talked with a senior rep who offered a settlement 10k on both accounts, I could not do that so they said they would take $550 a month until things get better. But I got a letter from a attorney that my 5k acocunt charged off and they are handleniig it.
What should I do

first thing i would do, look at the date on the letter from atty
first thing i would do, look at the date on the letter from atty, and the date you spoke to boa, see which is the latter. if you spoke to boa after the date on the letter, call boa & question that letter, attorney, etc. and take it from there.
