BOA current settlement deals

Hi everyone in Debt Consolidation land!
I thought I would start a new thread to see what kind of percentages you all are getting on settlement deals with BOA. I have about $28-30000 I am trying to settle with them. I am at the 120 day point and will be 150 days within the next month. They are willing to negotiate so far but haven't been able to get them where I want to go.....somewhere around 22% of the total. So I need to know from all of you if that is feasible with BOA....has anyone actually been getting deals that good or should I not even bother to set my percentage that low? I have heard BOA in the news a lot lately and didn't know if they were getting tougher or not...I read of some settlements in the 20% range back in the summer but wanted to know some current ones.
