Well first off hello forums! Ran into this forum and it seems like it might be of some good help to me. Im 20 years old now....when i was 18 i got into a car accident and had no insurance. I made probably 4 payments of 100 dollars and stop paying them. It is now on my credit and it come up to about $4,500 dollars. I had a repo that i owed around $2,000 that also on my credit and other little mickey mouse things. I also owe around 600 dollars to bank of america but i am taking care of that small debt right now.

So my question is how do i get these other two off me? I make a little over $1,700 a month take home. a freind of mine works for a company that disputes your credit for about 250 and tries to get the things off? Does this really work? He also told me that even if i pay EVERYTHING off that its still gonna stay on my credit?

I will be very disappointed if i paid close to 8,000 to pay off everyone said and done and it still be this bad stuff on my credit. Once you pay things off do they ever take it off or does it take the 7 years to fall off? I also can NOT FIND A SINGLE SOUL on this side of america to give me a personal loan in that amount to fix my credit either? So what options is there really for me? Im waiting on my consultation but in the mean time what have you guys with similair problems to mine have done in the past?

Life sucks when your past always hunts you down when your finally doing alright  ......

What cums around goes around!!!!! :x

It's kind of a credit repair in which only the incorrect negative entries are removed. You can dispute the incorrect items on your own without paying a fee to someone for this service. Remember accurate negative information will not go off from your file before the FCRA reporting time. The account will be updated with the latest status giving a good impact to your file after the debts are paid off.
