I went with Superior debt relief, for my bank of america account they were able to settle it for 22 cents on the dollar, being so thrilled they were able to do that for me because that was my largest debt. If you wanna do this on your own, have you been saving the monthly payments so when you call them soon that you have money to work with. When looking into what to do for myself some articles of how to, suggest saving the money and using that to settle with creditor. I found the whole darn thing complicated, confusing, frustrating...that i have a company doing it for me. Good luck.

Man! - what a sec! Superior debt relief you say did that for you? How long ago was that when this happened? Does anyone have this same experience? My debt is not as large as some here. Mine is close to $16,000. The others are so small I can manage taking them out on my own.
