Trying to settle with BofA

I recently settled with Chase at 25% (over 3 payments) for cc debt. I have been trying to settle with BofA, but they are only offering 45% and I need them down to around 30%. It will charge off the end of August. I call them about once a month. I will be calling them in a day or so to see if we can agree on a settlement.
Is it best not to mention that I was able to settle with other creditors; and just continue to tell them our hardship? Thanks. BofA are aware that we have not paid on our ccs for several months...

boa-the snake typically runs to at least 120-150 days before you can really work on a 30% settlement.
If you have settled with others, tell boa-the snake that all you have left is this amount of money and see if they accept it.
