trying to settle account
Date: Mon, 12/20/2010 - 06:10
I currently have a Bank Of America account listed with creditors financial group they offered me a great settlement offer and are more than willing to work with me. I dont have a fax number to have them send me a letter but they mailed it to my house about 1 week ago. I still have not recieved my settlement letter in mail and my first payment towards my 3 part settlement is due 12/23/10 should I just have them fax that letter to my bank? Because I can than have my bank manager give them my checking info over the phone to speed up payment process or atleast that is what they recommended which isnt a bad idea? But they have been very friendly and curtious after reading some of these other notes guess maybe they have cleaned up there act after previous complaints?

I dealt with them with my BofA and once I agreed to the settleme
I dealt with them with my BofA and once I agreed to the settlement my account was transferred back to BofA. (Could have been the complaint letter I sent them about the previous collector they placed my account with). I would have them refax the letter to a UPS store or a Kinko's or some business that offers fax services. It probably got delayed or lost due to christmas mail.
