My husband and i are upside down in debt. if we get the boat off of us it will be a big help. if not we are going to have to file. If we let the boat go back to bank of america do you think they will garnish our wages or are there other actions they could take. we are hoping that they will just try and collect....but not try and go that serious. its only 2 years old. in perfect shape we never took it out. they could get there money back. PLEASE ANSWER ASAP. I NEED A SIGN OF HOPE!
boat
call them...ask about voluntary repo....get it out of the water...find a good boat broker.....commonwealth out of VA. How many payments behind are you? They won't garnish anything if they repo....you would be responsible for the difference in what they can sell it for and what you owe.....could take many months in this economy and interest and fees will accrue!
