Does any one know Bank of American has hardship program?

Has anyone been able to get a hardship program from B of A? If you have, how much information about your finances did they need? Do they need all your financial information or just a portion of it that relates to that specific debt? Any info would be appreciated.

BofA sent me a form to fill out that essentially asked for my income and expenses. When I called them to discuss their hardship program they wanted to know my reasons for not making my monthly payments before going over my monthly expenses. From what the customer service rep told me, your reason has a lot to do with which hardship program they will offer you. Since my reason is medical, they didn't need to go over my budget they just offered me a 50% settlement. I'm waiting for a lower offer.
